Terms & Conditions for 2kbd Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2kbd ("2kbd", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the website at https://2kbd.bet, using any product or service offered by 2kbd, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 2kbd platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2kbd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 2kbd platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of 2kbd, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless you have received express written permission from 2kbd management.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 2kbd platform or any affiliated platform, and you have not self-excluded via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• You are acting as an individual in your personal capacity, not as a business entity or on behalf of an employer.

2kbd may, at its sole discretion, require you to submit identity verification documents (such as a national ID card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of age before allowing withdrawals or continued use of the platform. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 2kbd platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name, or using different email addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. 2kbd employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus play may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 2kbd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 2kbd immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Currency

All 2kbd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT. Currency conversion fees may apply if you deposit via an international payment method such as Visa or Mastercard, and 2kbd is not responsible for any exchange rate losses.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2kbd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. 2kbd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within seconds of confirmation.
• Deposits made via Rocket or Upay may take up to 5 minutes to be credited.
• Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance.
• 2kbd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account used must belong to you. Deposits from a bKash or Nagad number registered to another person will be returned and the associated player account may be suspended pending investigation.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks. 2kbd reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification (KYC) is complete.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. 2kbd will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• 2kbd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly where the account has not previously made a withdrawal or where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than usual deposit activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

2kbd offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by 2kbd are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the total bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are detailed on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed on certain game categories — such as live dealer tables or low-margin sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure:

• Creating more than one account to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using another person's payment account to make deposits in connection with a bonus offer.
• Placing bets that hedge positions across multiple outcomes with the primary intent of completing wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures through matched or related betting.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a bonus.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers have an expiry date. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice. It is your responsibility to check the terms of each bonus before accepting it.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on 2kbd — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, virtual sports, jackpot games, and table games — are supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules. In the event of a dispute concerning a casino game outcome, the game provider's server logs constitute the definitive record and will be used to resolve the dispute.

All RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested and verified. The RNG ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and independent of previous results. 2kbd does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Sports Betting

2kbd offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and international Test and One Day International fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation. Once a bet slip is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked.

• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned or postponed will be settled according to the specific market rules published for that event type.
• 2kbd reserves the right to void any bet placed after the commencement of an event where the platform has been unable to update live odds in real time due to a technical failure.
• Obvious pricing errors — where a market price has been published at a level that is clearly and materially incorrect — will result in the affected bets being voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are published in the platform's betting rules section.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If you believe an error has occurred in the settlement of a casino game or sports bet, you must submit a dispute via the live chat or by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. 2kbd will aim to respond to all disputes within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). The decision of 2kbd's disputes team, having reviewed all available technical evidence, shall be final.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your continued use of the 2kbd platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent activity: You must not attempt to defraud 2kbd or other players through any means, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Automated software: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or scrape data from the 2kbd platform is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Money laundering: Using the 2kbd platform to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity is prohibited. 2kbd is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
• Offensive conduct: Any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at 2kbd staff or other platform users via live chat, email, or any other channel will result in immediate account suspension.
• Circumventing security: Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, reverse engineer any part of the platform software, introduce malicious code, or circumvent security measures is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
• Account sharing: Allowing a third party to access or operate your 2kbd account on your behalf is not permitted. You remain solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 2kbd

2kbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) when requested.
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login activity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 2kbd will freeze the account balance. If the investigation results in the account being reinstated, the balance will be restored in full. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 2kbd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Account closure does not affect your legal rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account specifically because gambling is causing you harm, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool rather than a standard account closure. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 2kbd will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address registered to your account before applying any dormant account administration fee. A monthly dormant account fee of ৳100 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
